An incredibly rare, unopened “Lee” variant of the premiere issue of MK Bruce Lee (2008).
Designed by The President (Peet Pienaar) and launched as a “Lucky Packet” concept, this issue features a rare childhood portrait of Karen Zoid (aged 9) on the cover, overlaid with metallic pink foil.
While the male “Bruce” edition (featuring Francois van Coke) is often seen, this female “Lee” counterpart is increasingly difficult to find. It represents the explosion of the “MK Generation” and the golden era of South African design, music culture, and independent publishing. Very good condition.
